10 minutes’ walk from the development is where there are several bars, restaurants, and supermarkets for the students to have within easy reach. Although a popular area for students, the stunning Church, and buildings around Rock Lodge highlight how affluent the area is and one which appeals heavily to the parents/ guardians of the students in the area when looking for a safe and secure place for their Children to reside.
The University itself is a short 15 minute walk from the apartments, where students can either take a beautiful walk through the park or via the coast. Alternatively, there are busses that run every 30 minutes from the end of the road and are ample off-road parking spaces should students bring their own vehicle. A small bike store at the site will also give students the option to cycle to the University.
