Registering your property is simple. Start your free valuation and one of our team will create a detailed listing using your photos, floor plans and EPC report. Once your listing is complete we will advertise your property on all of the major property websites, including Rightmove and Zoopla, on our website and through a series of emails sent to our network of investors.
We will arrange viewings for when you are available, booking as many appointments as required through our system. After your viewing, we will contact the prospective buyer to ask for feedback, which we will then pass onto you.
When an offer is made we will negotiate the fee and ensure the buyer has funds in place, whether as an investment or residential purchase. We will also keep you updated throughout the entire process, working for you to a timescale that suits you.
Our experienced sales progression team will manage the whole sales process for you, working with the people involved at each stage to ensure a smooth and successful sale.

We carry out the viewings where necessary, and we will liaise with either the tenants or your existing lettings agents to ensure this is a smooth and hassle free process for all parties. A large number of our investors will purchase properties via video walk-throughs, ensuring we minimalise the hassle for your tenants.
