Set to be completed in September 2017, Sir Thomas is well on schedule to meet the completion date. The renovation development now has all partitioning walls in place, alongside the electrical work being completed. The next stage will be finalising each unit and starting to add the furnishings to meet the specification.

Sir Thomas is a purpose build student accommodation that has been designed with students in mind, with separate sleep, living and work areas. Each of the 44 studios will feature stunning floor to ceiling windows to optimise the amount of natural light throughout each unit. This makes the economic studios of Sir Thomas above any other student accommodation in Liverpool.
