Rental Properties In Spain See Price Falls In January

Figures released this week by the National Statistics Institute have shown a decrease in the average prices of rental property in Spain. The figures for January showed an average fall of 0.5% in comparison with the same period last year.

Rental prices fell throughout 12 of the Spanish regions, with Andalucia seeing a year on year decrease of 0.7%. The greatest decline was in the Navarra region, which saw a decline of almost 1.9%, with the central Madrid region close behind on 1.7%.
