Park Rise | September Construction Update

Construction on Park Rise is well underway with practical completion set for December 2017, from which notices will be served early January 2018.

Externally all windows have been removed and replaced, ready for the internal refurbishment. The ground, first, second and third floor have all been fully stripped and are now approximately 2 weeks away from being completed. Once the first four floors have been completed, work on the remaining floors will then commence.

Park Rise is a stunning refurbishment of an office block, situated less than 10 minutes from Manchester city centre. The development will comprise of 87 contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments and offer yields of up to 6.3%.
