The development team have sent us the latest construction update for Oxygen, Manchester and confirmed that the development is now entering its final stages of completion.

Internal fit our works are progressing well across all three towers and a number of units have gone through their final snagging, cleaning and inspections.

Communal areas are in the final decoration stage and carpets and tiles have been completion in the corridors of levels 4 to 7. Ongoing final fire stopping measures and ceiling grid systems are also being installed to these floors, along with BT Openreach and Clear Fibre infrastructure across the site. The reception and upper mezzanine which will host communal lounges and the cinema room are seeing the installation of flooring, final glazing and main doors.

For the spa, the under-floor heating has been installed across the entire level. The Steel arches are also being erected and M&E to the main gym, studio, changing areas and main pool hall is complete. The ceiling is also progressing on programme above the main swimming pool.
