Emaar Properties, the Dubai based property developer has announced the launch of its latest eco-friendly development, which will be located near Al Awir nearby to Mushrif Park.
The new ‘green concept’ development, will be a sustainable development, built on rolling green hills and spread over 44 million square feet. Mushrif Heights will be an integrated development costing over AED 12 billion, and will utilise traditional Moorish architecture for its mixture of villas, town houses and low rise towers.
