London Court, Sheffield - Construction Update

The London Court development in Sheffield has proven to be one of the city's most successful student accommodation investments in recent times, with investors attracted to the higher yields and guaranteed buy back on offer from the developer.

As with all our projects, we work closely with the developers both prior to and following construction to ensure our investor are kept regularly updated on construction progress. Over the past twelve months, we have been regular visitors to the site at London Court Apartments, and as you can see from the latest photographs supplied by the developer, the construction seems to be moving forward quickly towards completion.
