Yesterday, we visited the impressive construction site on Deansgate Square, where the new Blade development is being built. As you can see from the video below, construction is moving along quickly (something we’ve come to expect from what is an exceptionally good developer) and there was considerable progress on the site of both The Blade and what will soon be The Cylinder. 

We also took the time to visit the adjacent developments at Elizabeth Tower and Victoria Residence. Our investors on these projects will also be sent through photographs which we took during our inspection visit.
