Pure Investor Construction Updates

The conversion of Reliance House is now near completion with some finishing touches left on the; carpets, doors and ironmongery and decorations left to be finalised. Once these are finalised the apartment handover will then begin.

The seventh and sixth floor is now completely stripped with new partitions studded and boarded and all door frames installed. Plastering on the seventh floor is approximately 80% plastered and 60 to 70% plastered on the sixth floor.

Construction on Silkhouse Court is well underway and on course to complete in Q2 2018. The show apartment is completed on the ground floor, showing the contemporary interior design used throughout each unit.

Block A is now completed alongside mechanical and electrical works being tested and commissioned in Block B. Also completed in Block B is the furniture and paving, in line with the snagging which is under way up to floor 5 in the block.

Construction on Guildhall Square is now well underway with the structural warranty appointed and the confirmation of the M&E consultant.

Manhattan is set to create ultra-premium apartments located in the heart of Manchester, bordering Chinatown. The soft srip out and demoltion has now commenced on the development.

Construction on Downtown Manchester is well underway with the main civil operations up, the basement car park slab and associated drainage have now been completed. 

Silkhouse Court has seen huge progress with construction on the top four floors now well underway. We currently only have 4 premium units left at Silkhouse Court, three on floor 14 and one on floor 15. The 2-bedroom apartments start from £199,995.

Construction on the Landmark is now well underway and in line for the revised completion date of Q3 2019. The pilling is now completed on site with the basement retaining walls now making good progress. 

Reliance House has undergone huge progress over the past few months, particularly on the fourth floor. Below is a broken-down detailed overview of what stage each floor of the conversion is at.

With construction well underway and the showroom now completed, Phoenix Place is still on schedule to be completed in August 2018. Structurally, both blocks have the; steel work, stairs, all floors and the roof deck completed. 

Work on The Residence in Manchester is now well underway, however, due to the delays at the start of the build the completion data has now been pushed back to Q4 2019.

Construction at Oxygen Tower is well underway with the reinforced concrete capping beams set to be completed at the beginning of this month. The basement elevation will commence once service connections have been completed

With construction work well under way, Phoenix Place is still on schedule for completing in August 2018. 

Construction on Park Rise is well underway with practical completion set for December 2017, from which notices will be served early January 2018.

Currently 5 days ahead of schedule, Phoenix Place is expected to complete in August 2018. All electric and water is now completed on site, alongside the concrete ground beams and lift pits.
