Construction Update | No.1 Trafford, Manchester | Pure Investor

Work has been progressing well at the site depsite the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.

The development team at No.1 Trafford have advised is that work on site is progressing well with work still on-going. Completion of ‘critical’ works has been prioritised due to the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.

The estimated completion date for No.1 Trafford is Q2 2021.

Completed works:

• All the ground and foundation works have been completed along with the concrete works
• The pre-cast concrete stairs have all been installed and completed
• The floors on each of the blocks have been completed up to the following;
• Block Two – 16^th Floor
• Block One – 14^th Floor
• The waterproofing works to the buildings external retaining walls has been fully installed
• The brickwork installation is complete up to the 3^rd floor (east elevation) of Block Two and to the ground floor (west elevation) of Block One
• All the blockwork to the internal areas has been completed
• Removal of all security screens to Block One
• Completion of the electrical first fix installation in 106 apartments across the development

Forthcoming Works on site

• Installation of the permanent handrails to the stairs
• Completion of the list works to the building cores
• Installation of the pan and rebar to the roof floor of Block One and to the 17^th floor of Block Two
• Completion of all brickwork and blockwork to the remaining floors
• Weatherboard installation to the 14^th floor of Block Two and 10^th Floor of Block One
• Installation of the insulation and cavity fire barriers with continue ahead of the brickworks
• Window installation to the remaining floors across both blocks
• Installation of the kitchens to apartments on the 1^st floor of Block Two
