Work has been progressing well at Nurtur, Sheffield, with the steel structures due to be completed this month. The first draft of the building signage have been completed by the architects along with the waste management being set up with Biffa and an initial meeting with Sheffield Fire Safety Department has taken place.
The show flat is now completed and open for student viewings (Monday to Friday), with room bookings available for students at the end of this month. Investors will have the opportunity to view their apartments when the build is near completion, approximately July 2020.
