May Construction Update | Opto | Newcastle

Pure Investor are pleased to report, construction on Opto in Newcastle is progressing well and below is a summary of what has taken place so far.

• The steel frame erection complete
• Steel decking and stud welding is complete
• Concrete floors pour complete
• Internal drainage and substructure brickwork is complete
• Internal cement boarding 95% complete
• Windows 90% installed
• Cladding 70% complete
• M+E installation first fix complete
• Cladding to outbuilding 95% complete
• M+E second fix commenced

Overall, construction of Opto is on target for completion in September 2019.
